At NB Therapy & Supervision, I provide counselling for a wide range of issues. Every session is delivered in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for positive change. I tailor my approach to your individual needs and circumstances, whether you attend online via WhatsApp or Zoom, or face-to-face in at The Park Counselling Centre, Coventry.

BEREAVEMENT AND LOSS

You have experienced a bereavement or another significant loss. Grief and loss benefit from counselling by having a supportive space to process complex emotions, such as sadness, anger, and guilt without judgement.

I help you to understand the grieving process, to honour your loss, and develop healthy coping strategies to manage the pain. This assists in rebuilding a sense of meaning and purpose, ultimately supporting you to adjust to life after loss and integrating your experience into a new chapter.

DEPRESSION

You’re experiencing depression with symptoms like low energy, poor concentration and feelings of hopelessness.

I will help you to identify and explore the negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to your emotional state. This collaborative process provides a supportive environment to identify underlying causes, develop practical coping skills for managing, and rebuild motivation and engagement with life.

Through this therapeutic relationship, individuals gain self-compassion, tools for emotional regulation, and a path toward improved mental health and well-being.

ANXIETY

You’re experiencing anxiety, perhaps intense feelings of worry and unease among others.

I can help you to explore the thought patterns and concerns that contribute to those feelings, working with you to develop strategies to help manage what can be overwhelming feelings, to reduce the urge to avoid certain situations, and to develop a greater sense of calm.

This collaborative process helps you to understand your anxiety and build practical tools for emotional resilience, enabling a move toward a life with more confidence and less fear.

WORKPLACE ISSUES

Issues arising in your Employment can affect your overall health and welfare. If you're having difficulties with employment aspects of your life I can help you to explore their origins and impact, and to explore what changes you may be able to make.

STRESS

If you’re dealing with stress I can provide a supportive space to untangle the sources of the pressure and find calmer, more fulfilling ways to respond, working with you in a collaborative process that helps you to build resilience and implement effective coping tools, allowing you to cultivate a more sustainable approach to life's demands, a life that feels more manageable and less overwhelming.
